In this video we discuss the struggles that can come with neurodivergence. My three years of therapy in my youth paired with my own life experience has allowed me to cultivate a life that works for me. It is very easy to feel like we are falling behind in life when we dont understand how our minds operate and what works best to accommodate our processing in a way that improves our quality of life.
